Litigation Background

During her 28 years as a litigator Barbara Brown represented both plaintiffs and defendants in business, commercial, employment, and real estate matters. She had her own firm, The Brown Law Firm, for over 10 years. Before that she spent five years as Senior Counsel at First Interstate Bank and 12 years in private practice.

Ms. Brown is licensed by the State Bar of California; the United States District Court, Central and Northern Divisions; the Ninth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeals; the United States Tax Court; and the United States Supreme Court.
